With a career in banking and finance dating back to 2007 and a dedicated focus on mortgage lending since 2013, I’ve had the privilege of guiding thousands of clients through the home financing process. I’ve served in multiple roles across the industry, giving me a well-rounded perspective and the tools to build solutions for a wide range of borrowers—from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors.

In January 2024, I opened my branch office of Revolution Mortgage with the mission of making homeownership more accessible, transparent, and empowering for people across the Southwest and beyond. I’m a proud graduate of the University of Arizona and have called Tucson home for the past 20 years.

Licensed in 12 states, I’m passionate about building wealth and stability through real estate. Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring new places, catching a great live music performance, watching films, or spending time with my family and favorite animals. 


My goal is simple: to help as many people as possible turn their dreams of homeownership into reality.

Jillian began her real estate journey as an escrow assistant, where she developed a strong foundation in the transaction process. A few years later, she transitioned to a local mortgage company’s funding department, gaining valuable experience organizing and finalizing buyers' loan documents.

Real estate runs in Jillian’s blood—her mother was also a dedicated professional in the field. Growing up, Jillian saw firsthand the excitement and joy the buying and selling process brought to clients, inspiring her own passion for helping people through these meaningful milestones.

Whether it’s guiding buyers to their dream home or helping sellers begin their next chapter, Jillian is committed to making every step smooth, informed, and rewarding.

Outside of work, Jillian is an avid animal lover—you’ll often find her rescuing a furry friend or lending a hand to a creature in need.
